Refund policy

 

All Surplus Sales Are Final

Quellon sells industrial surplus, overstock, and closeout inventory — including fiber optic cable, tile, and electrical components — at deeply discounted prices. Because of the surplus nature of this inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Misdescribed Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or does not match its listing description, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@quellon.us with photos of the item and its packaging so we can make it right.

Shipping Errors

If we ship you the wrong item, contact us at sales@quellon.us and we will arrange a correction at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds for damaged, defective, or misshipped items will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
